Comedian Patrice O'Neal trying to make a PC idiot understand the nature of comedy. If you're in the audience of a comedy show and the comedian says something which offends you, get up out of your chair and leave. As you exit the premises, if you hear people in the audience laughing at the joke which offended you, try to keep that in mind while you get on Facebook or Twitter and act as if you speak for all of society. The nature of comedy, at its very core, is aggression. The only difference is the degree to which the comedian confronts his audience, The best comics understand this. Unfortunately, Mr. O'Neal is no longer with us. While the ONA joke was not something I would want to hear, Patrice stands up for right in this video. Political Correctness sucks all the joy out of life.

I loved Patrice. I remember watching this when it happened. Most of the comedians from his group like Jim Norton, Colin Quinn, Nick DiPaolo, Bill Burr, etc...feel the same way. They all made their bones in NYC at places like the comedy cellar. If you want to see some good comedians protecting free speech watch some of Colin Quinn's old show Tough Crowd on YouTube. They were all a part of it. Nick DiPaolo (who now has a show on Sirius) would be a crowd favorite around this forum. He's a conservatibe comic who's actually funny. But be warned most of these guys are NSFW. _______________________________________________ Use thumb-size bullets to create fist-size holes.

everyone's interpretation of humor is different for me humor is watching Martin and Lewis, or Laugh In, Monty Python, Abbott and Costello, George Carlin... I don't think Conehead O'Brien or SNL or any of the late night stuff is funny - so I don't watch it but I am trying very hard to understand why these snowflakes think that its their job to tell everyone what they think is funny...where did they go to school? were any of them stand-up comedians before they became snowflakes? so much hot air, so little content in what passes for 'funny' these days. Patrice was right - you should be able to say what you want and let someone else figure out if they're offended [B] Against ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC

One of the main reasons I love Milo Yiannopoulos is that he has found a way to weaponize humor and use it as a vehicle to attack political correctness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The price of liberty and even of common humanity is eternal vigilance
