I was with her while she was being sedated and gave her four tubes of liver paste - she ate it all

It was for the best, that doesn't make it easier in the least. So many reminders here - blankets, bed, a few toys, leashes and collars...

she was a great pup, 14-years young

I took a photo of her late this morning, the last one of her laying on my sofa.

I'm so sorry. It hurts.

I've been with all our pets when they've passed. It's an awful experience but you did the right thing being with your friend. I'm sorry for you.

I'm truly sorry for the loss of your friend Bandit. Every pet owner here knows what you're feeling now. Bandit will forever live in your memory just as every pet I've had does.
