Oh, I thought you were saying this was your brother's collection. Big Grin I was thinking "holy swiss, that's a lotta moolah."

I've got to say that I'm a huge classic MOPAR fanatic. One day I'd like to have a 1970 Superbee.

At the 2:11 mark you see to the right of the narrator a '63 Tempest lettered "Stan Long Pontiac", quite the story behind that car. I remember the feeding frenzy when that car was discovered on eBay in late 2008. Here's a story link, kind of long though:https://www.hotrod.com/articles/0905phr-1963-pontiac-tempest-super-duty/ I'm pretty impressed to see that car there.

They are amazing.
I'm glad to see them preserved and on display in a place where they can be appreciated.
If one of those was in my garage... it would rarely be seen unless I drove it in a parade or something.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

My own brother has a collection of antique and muscle cars, among the latter an original & unrestored 1970 GTO Judge; a 1970 Dodge Charger with 440 "Six Pack" (3 x 2-bbl carburetors); 1970 Plymouth Road Runner Superbird; and a 1969 Road Runner with 426 Hemi (engine not original to car but period correct). With the exception of machine work and upholstery, he does his own work, even (until a few years ago) painting. The Charger's previous owner tried to bash in the firewall to make room for headers, even heating it without bothering to remove the carpet, which of course got scorched. Roll Eyes He (brother) managed to straighten it back out.

Cool cars.

One of the internal rifts in my family centers around a '69 Camaro that ended up in someone else's hands years ago.

The taste is still sour.
