Thanks for asking CPD SIG. Good title for a thread. I was born towards the end of Nixon’s first term. So Jimmy Carter would be the first president I have any memory of.

I was born during Carter, Regan is the first President I remember (specifically the assassination attempt).

Ike was President when I was born, but JFK is the 1st president I actually remember. I was on the bus listening to the radio leaving elementary school when I heard he had been assassinated. Sad day especially as a kid.

I was born in 1979, so I was born during the Carter administration. As others have said, my first memories were from Reagan’s presidency.

Uhhhh, guy named Truman was the President when I arrived on the scene. Parents and grandparents really loved him. My grandparents were fit to be tied when I came home from somewhere (Kindergarten-1st grade?) with an "I like Ike" pin on my shirt.
