MikeNHIn what feed? If it is Youtube, you can create your own accounts. If it is Facebook or other social media, you may have a tougher time as those ads will just be tied to any search activity.

egregoreIf using Windows and Edge browser, use the "InPrivate" function. It doesn't hide your searches and visited sites from an ISP, nor does it keep them from being stored in the hard drive, but it does hide them from search engines and deletes them from browsing history when the window is closed.

sig2392Download and run the free version of CCleaner.
https://www.ccleaner.com/downloadand install ad block plus

architectMost operating systems these days are multi-user. This means that more than one person can have an account on that system. Each account holder will login to tell the computer which identity they want to act as, this means a separate user name and password for each account. I am no Microsoft Windows expert. but I believe that most recent versions have this capability.
So, create your own account on the laptop, and simply use it, rather than the wife's account, for all your gun porn, etc.

shovelheadAfter the Mrs. ordered from a online retailer I now get feeds from the on FB. She doesn’t have FB nor uses mine. We both have our own iPads and iPhones so all I can assume that they tag (the right term?) our I.P. Address with cookies from that site?

pbslingerIf she complains about something this minimal, she is pampered. Give her something larger to complain about. You need more tools and equipment in the kitchen.
