Not interested in prizes either but as a result of your challenge I’m now completing my 5ks 15 seconds under 25 minutes, far better than last year when I was just putting time on the machine. It’s now something I look forward to rather than procrastinating dragging my 60 year old butt out to the garage 3 to 4 days a week to stay somewhat fit so thanks for the motivation. | |||
