A progressive judge with a conflict of interest? Who would have thought!

Seriously, I agree with slosig, there need to be consequences. Serious consequences.

Have the news on in the background and the DOGE subcommittee meeting is taking place and I have to laugh.
The Musketeers will stop more fraud in 5 mins than this committee will in its time in the next four years.
Trump is cutting through all the bs back and forth lying and get things done. These dog and pony shows will never resolve anything.

I doubt Jeffrey Epstein or Hunter Biden would copulate with her.

Can someone explain the game they play on a vote. If the vote is at 11:00 why does it take multiple readings of the names and an hour for them to vote. They also know another vote is coming up why do the leave the chamber?

I'm alright it's the rest of the world that's all screwed up!

And she was considered the one who would likely not pass. So far, Trump is batting .1000

And the more horseshit from these activist judges, eventually it will have to be addressed.

Microsoft Drops USAID-Funded NewsGuard After Ted Cruz Starts Digging

https://www.zerohedge.com/mark...-cruz-starts-digging

Microsoft has dropped NewsGuard, a left-wing fact checking organization they partnered with that has helped the advertising industry justify blacklists for independent conservative media sites such as ZeroHedge

The move came after Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) began investigating Microsoft for funding the online "media literacy" censorship tool created by NewsGuard to help guide "learners of all ages through the overwhelming landscape of online news and information."

Now we come to find out that NewsGuard was funded by USAID...

In response to Cruz, Microsoft claims their support of NewsGuard was limited to a one-time donation in 2018, and said it had asked NewsGuard to remove a claim on its website that read "NewsGuard's Media Literacy Programs are made possible thanks to generous support from Microsoft," Newsmax reports, citing a Senate Commerce Committee spokesperson.

NewsGuard has since removed any mention of Microsoft from their website.

"Big Tech is finally beginning to recognize the censorship of conservative viewpoints will no longer be tolerated by the American people," Cruz, chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee, said in a statement to Newsmax on Thursday.

"I am happy to see that the leadership at Microsoft has renounced their support of NewsGuard's so-called media literacy tool in response to my letter.

I think he is very arrogant, feels insulated, and that certainly does breed stupidity.

Dear Maxine- It is best for all concerned that you not scream your private sexual fantasies out loud, in public. Especially if it is near someone's meal time.

On a serious note, this is the discourse to which we are reduced from our public officials now.

1. I just watched the CSPAN video of Musk and Trump (and little X) in the Oval Office yesterday.
Musk was extremely articulate in discussing what DOGE is doing and why, dismissing with excellent arguments the Dem arguments.

2. Just watched Karoline Leavitt's press conference: JD Vance and Marco Rubio will be chairing peace talks in Geneva between Russia and Ukraine. This is YUGE.

3. JD spoke at AI summit-probably already noted above, but his presentation was articulate, forceful, and deep. He stated US would not accept international regulation of AI that would strangle it rather than encourage it--because CHYNA.

My thoughts:
1. Only Trump would have gotten Musk on his side, and what Musk is doing is completely unprecedented. Previous commissions, Gore, etc. were weak tea compared with DOGE. Trump will appeal all judicial attempts to prevent DOGE from doing its job to the Supreme Court if necessary.
2. My gosh, JD Vance is being pushed forward by Trump to greater responsibility in the MOST important aspects of US policy.
3. Karoline Leavitt is amazingly good.

Came across this very interesting article in regards to DOGE and the Democrat's battle against their work. Many are concerned about activist judges blocking DOGE, thinking that DOGE is the actual weapon. But this article argues that DOGE is actually the scout, the reconnaissance force to find the graft, gather the evidence, all laid out in plain black & white. And give the responsibility of putting a nail into the coffins of USAID and other agencies, with Speaker Mike Johnson, who is 100% behind Trump, Musk and DOGE, along with Congress.
quote:
I met with Elon yesterday to get an update. To me, it is very exciting what they’re able to do. What Elon and the DOGE effort are doing right now is what Congress has been unable to do in recent years, because the agencies have hidden some of this from us.

DOGE is uncovering things that we’ve known intuitively have been there, but we couldn’t prove it. Now, the proof is being provided. And no one can argue the counter to that. So stay tuned—there’s a lot more to come.

The courts should take a step back and allow these processes to play out. DOGE is is making sure that your tax dollars are spent in the way they were intended to be spent.

And now Johnson reveals the key phrase in the the DOGE battle-
quote:
We have a $36 trillion dollar federal debt. We have got to get ahold of these things. You’re going to see it reflected in the reconciliation package that comes forward , you’re going to see it reflected in the appropriations as we go forward, and you’re going to see it in these efforts to cut waste, fraud, and abuse.

And we think the final number on that is going to be substantial and a game changer in Washington.

A "reconciliation budget" can be passed in Congress without a Senate filibuster, and with a simple majority. So DOGE gathers the clear-cut, fact-based data and evidence, and Republicans in Congress can perform the cuts at a legislative level. And now the battle against the judiciary will not only involve the executive branch, but Congress as well, two branches against one. Like I said, an interesting article.
