I am so glad I am off work today to get to watch this inauguration live and enjoy every second of it. I am also glad it took place indoors as it made it much better IMO.

I think this was the first inauguration I've watched since Bush's second time. They did a nice job all around and the happiness and hope brought tears to my eyes at a couple of points.

Yes, it was! The Armed Forces Chorus didn't make their cue, and Carrie stepped up to the plate and had the people sing. And the Rabbi's prayer and benediction was a great one too.
