This is Senator James Lankford (R. OK) on the Senate floor calmly, coldly, pointedly, eviscerating the Democrats for the government shutdown. He points out that 13 times during the last four years the Senate voted to keep government open, including 4 times just last fall. He reads quotes from “his colleagues” (read Democrats) voicing the need to keep the government open, and expressing concern for all those harmed by a government shutdown. He also outlines some of the “other matters” the Dems have included in their proposal to keep the government open—worth the price of admission alone. He also outlines a proposal to end government shutdowns forever.

Unfortunately, this speech was given a week ago, and obviously the Dems aren’t ready to release the hostages. Worth your time though, I promise.

Today in Israel, the only person more popular than President Trump, is Moses, and even he has The Donald nipping at his sandals.

Those of us who have supported Donald Trump through thick and thin over the last decade have been right. And we're right, not just because we say we've been right in our support for the man; we're right because we are, in fact, right.

Donald Trump has proven to be the greatest President of our lifetime. There is no contest, and that includes Ronald Reagan. It's the truth.

For those who don't know, Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, is the 800 lb Gorilla in the San Francisco Bay Area, a multi-billionaire leftist figure who not only has given hundreds of millions to hospitals and such, but also millions to Democrats and other leftist causes. But last Friday, he not only professed full support of Trump -"I fully support the president, I think he's doing a great job", but he is on board with the idea of bringing National Guard troops to San Francisco to clean up crime. "We don’t have enough cops, so if the National Guard can be cops, I’m all for it," Benioff said in an interview with The New York Times. And of course, Democrats are going out of their minds over this. Salesforce has an annual convention in the city, the largest, and he employs hundreds of off duty cops to protect the convention center area because the city can't. And an interesting tidbit- Benioff is also the godfather of Gavin Newsom's daughter.

I was aware of that, Sigfreund. I was speaking to the overall injustice, and building a case for 2026. Also that Obama was only a few months in when he won.

The leader of Pakistan gushed over DT for at least a minute. He must really be enjoying the fruits of that peace. I'm surprised of the wars ended, that this leader is this happy about it. This indicates ending the Pakistan-India conflict is a bigger deal than I thought.

One of many truly great things about him is that is able to do so many momentous things with so many continually plotting against him. Those idiots can not begin to understand that he is one of those rare individuals who that kind of opposition just fuels him to succeed. He cuts through those obstacles like a hot knife through butter. He almost seems to do effortlessly. And he does it on the largest stage there is.
Someone with his negotiation skills helps others understand there are benefits for them to do what he needs done. And they respect him for that.
Truly a great man. The greatest leader in many generations.

With the President expressing recently the desire to get Baghram Airfield back, the Taliban saying “not going to happen”, and the Taliban hitting Pakistani forces the past couple of days, we may yet recover some of the territory and goods abandoned there.
