DOJ Announces Formation of “Strike Force to Assess ODNI Evidence” Against Former Intel Officials

Main Justice has announced the formation of a DOJ strike force to assemble and assess the evidence provided by Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, against former intelligence and government officials.

This will require the DOJ to take a new approach, extracting information from multiple silos and then overlaying context to the content therein.

That’s essentially the new approach that DNI Gabbard has taken to break down the silo defenses, and this is the first time since I’ve been outlining how they self-protect that someone (DNI) has actually done the extracting and cross-referencing.

Dept of Justice – WASHINGTON – Today, the Department of Justice announced the formation of a Strike Force to assess the evidence publicized by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and investigate potential next legal steps which might stem from DNI Gabbard’s disclosures.

This Department takes alleged weaponization of the intelligence community with the utmost seriousness.

Upon the formation of the Strike Force, Attorney General Pamela Bondi stated:

“The Department of Justice is proud to work with my friend Director Gabbard and we are grateful for her partnership in delivering accountability for the American people. We will investigate these troubling disclosures fully and leave no stone unturned to deliver justice.”

Don’t underestimate how radical and challenging this type of an approach is going to be.

OIG Michael Horowitz never could attempt it (not authorized), SC John Durham was not permitted to do it (not authorized); the House Select Sub-Committee on Govt Weaponization ran away with hair on fire at even the suggestion of doing it (ask me how I know), and no modern internal investigative unit has ever been allowed to extract national security information from multiple IC institutions, and review it in context.

The DC intel silos are built so their lack of sharing creates a natural defense mechanism; there is no cross-reference capability. DNI Tulsi Gabbard has the unique ability -due to her position- of reaching into each IC silo regardless of their effort to stop her. That’s what has led to this point.

If the DOJ is successful, things could change; but that’s a very big ‘if’.

The entire mechanism of the USIC, led by defenses from the Senate Intel Committee (Cotton), will do everything to stop any internal extraction and review of their silo information. “National security” claims will run rampant. This will be a heavy lift requiring Executive Office support and coordination at every level.

The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

“Treason” is an easy (and satisfying) term to throw around, and ”treasonous” may even be correct in a general common law and traditional sense of trying to overthrow the legitimate functions of government. But anyone who believes or hopes that someone will be hauled into Federal court to answer the charge of treason should understand and keep in mind that the offense is the only one whose elements are stated in the US Constitution, and very narrowly at that.

I believe that the high level official who could most legitimately be charged with treason was Mark Milley, the then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff due to his totally inappropriate contacts with Chinese officials. He was certainly giving them “aid and comfort,” but the obvious problem is whether China was/is our “enemy.” I have no hesitation in saying that China is, and that we are in a war with the country. The defense to the charge would of course argue that “enemy” in the Constitution refers only to an opponent in a shooting war—and maybe only in a formally declared war, the last one of which we’ve been involved in was World War II.

But even if Milley couldn’t be convicted of treason (and ignoring whatever validity the Chief Vegetable’s pardon has), IMO he was certainly guilty of the UCMJ offense of attempted mutiny by telling subordinates that any order from President Trump had to be cleared through him.

Mike Lindell ( My pillow guy)celebrates victory after appeals court voids $5M award in election data dispute

https://apnews.com/article/mik...ack&utm_medium=email

A federal appeals court handed a victory Wednesday to Mike Lindell, ruling that the MyPillow founder doesn’t have to pay a $5 million award to a software engineer who disputed data that Lindell claims proves that China interfered in the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that an arbitration panel overstepped its authority in 2023 when it awarded $5 million to the engineer, Robert Zeidman, of Las Vegas, who took Lindell up on his “Prove Mike Wrong Challenge.”

“It’s a great day for our country,” a jubilant Lindell said in an interview. “This is a big win. It opens the door to getting rid of these electronic voting machines and getting paper ballots, hand-counted.”

The biggest problem is going to be the Statute of Limitations, which for most of these crimes/ allegations is going to be 5 years.
2017 was 7+ years ago.

^^^ Heard yesterday that since these have been ongoing investigations, the statute of limitations won't be an issue as that time period hasn't really even begun.

Can't we just temporarily change laws to target specific individuals by bypassing that? I thought that was a thing now.

Outside of that, I believe that those statutes of limitations begin when the criminal acts have ceased. If you're engaged in an ongoing criminal enterprise, which may be the case here, the clock may not have even started.

Trump, Bondi Outmaneuvered Corrupt Judges, Appoint Alina Habba as Acting US Attorney for New Jersey

By Cristina Laila | Jul. 24, 2025 6:20 pm

Alina Habba on Thursday announced that she is now the Acting US Attorney for New Jersey after district court judges ousted her from her post earlier this week.

Alina Habba’s term as interim US Attorney expires on Friday at 11:59 pm so Trump and Bondi outmaneuvered the activist judges.

Habba resigned as Interim US Attorney and is now Acting US Attorney for New Jersey.

<SNIP>

On Tuesday, after a pressure campaign from Jeffries, district court judges voted to oust Alina Habba as interim US Attorney of New Jersey.

The corrupt judges appointed Desiree Leigh Grace – but AG Bondi immediately fired her on Tuesday.

Alina Habba resigned as interim US Attorney before her term was set to expire – Trump then withdrew Habba’s nomination to a permanent position – Bondi then appointed Alina Habba First Assistant US Attorney which means she automatically becomes Acting US Attorney because of the vacancy.

“The reason Trump has to withdraw her nomination is because the Federal Vacancies Reform Act prohibits the nominee for a Senate-confirmed office from holding the post on an “acting” basis,” Politico’s Kyle Cheney reported.

The Article III Project, led by Mike Davis, filed a judicial complaint against a federal judiciary panel of Democrat activist judges after they bowed to pressure from Hakeem Jeffries to oust Alina Habba.

“These New Jersey activist judges—15 of whom were appointed by Obama and Biden—saluted. This violated Canons 2, 3, and 5 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges,” Mike Davis said.
