This is a brilliant move. Far better than the original nominee.
I am pleased to announce that Dr. Casey Means, will be nominated as our next Surgeon General of the United States of America. Casey has impeccable “MAHA” credentials, and will work closely with our wonderful Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to ensure a successful implementation of our Agenda in order to reverse the Chronic Disease Epidemic, and ensure Great Health, in the future, for ALL Americans. Her academic achievements, together with her life’s work, are absolutely outstanding. Dr. Casey Means has the potential to be one of the finest Surgeon Generals in United States History. Congratulations to Casey! Secretary Kennedy looks forward to working with Dr. Janette Nesheiwat in another capacity at HHS. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Alcatraz is well known in popular culture. It, or its inmates, or the escape attempts, have been the subject of numerous movies, TV shows, etc. Everybody knows what it was.

You'd have thought by now that a lot of them would have realized that this administration doesn't play.
The fact that they keep on going on like it's a Democrat administration that will coddle them and turn a blind eye shows just how truly dumb they all are.
Useful idiots, indeed.

Rush Limbaugh was spot on years ago in regards to judicial supremacy, it has become majority rules over rule of law.

I miss that man. Spot on analysis combined with irreverent humor.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Under Article 3, Section 2, paragraph 2, Congress can identify what cases can and can NOT be brought forth for adjudication.
It’s flat out time for Congress to declare that District judges have only authority to issue injunctions and such for cases within their own specific geographical District, not countrywide.
Same thing for the authority of the Courts of Appeals within their regional geographical areas. When there are cases in different Courts of Appeals that have different and/or conflicting decisions, then it goes to the SCOTUS for final determination and decision.
Only the SCOTUS has nationwide authority to issue and declare orders, injunctions, and such.
That should stop all of this judicial nonsense and allow the SCOTUS to reel-in those megalomaniacal judges.

If not confirmed through the Senate, you max out at 120 days, I mean he could theoretically rotate Ed Martin back in for another 120 days if she doesn't get confirmed. Which would be hilarious.
