Its been said that Trump did not allow Biden to ride with him on Air Force 1 to attend the Pope's funeral. Anyone know how Biden and company traveled ??? Did they use private or government paid ??? I am guessing government paid because of all the secret service involved, etc. Thoughts or comments ??? God Bless

I’m a funeral director. I go to a lot of services. Anymore, if someone is even wearing slacks and a jacket I’m amazed. Let alone a suit of any color. Wearing black is an old tradition that doesn’t carry much weight anymore.

Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge Hannah Dugan is accused of helping an undocumented immigrant sneak out of her court through a juror door so he could evade arrest, according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court.

The criminal complaint states that the jury door leads to a "non-public area of the courthouse."

The criminal complaint cites a witness who saw Eduardo Flores Ruiz, who is undocumented, sneak out the door.

"Judge DUGAN commanded Flores-Ruiz's attorney and the male to leave through a backdoor of the courtroom. Attorney B then saw Judge DUGAN escort Flores-Ruiz's attorney and the male through a non-public door near the courtroom's jury box. Shortly thereafter, Judge DUGAN came back to the courtroom and conducted hearings on that morning's docket," read the complaint.

"Later that morning, Attorney B realized that Flores-Ruiz's case had never been called and asked the court about it. Attorney B learned that Flores-Ruiz's case had been adjourned. This happened without Attorney B's knowledge or participation, even though Attorney B was present in court to handle Flores-Ruiz's case on behalf of the state, and even though victims were present in the courtroom," it also read.

Two federal agents approached the man outside the courthouse and a foot chase occurred.

"The agents pursued Flores-Ruiz for the entire length of the courthouse and ultimately apprehended him near the intersection of W. State Street and 10th Street. Flores-Ruiz was handcuffed and detained," the complaint read.

The FBI arrested Dugan on Friday and charged the judge with obstructing a proceeding before a U.S. federal agency, which could lead to a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $350,000 fine.

A preliminary hearing and arraignment is scheduled for May 15.

And yes formality at funerals has changed, especially here in FL, you might get a guy in a suit next to someone in shorts and sandals...

Come on guys. Like him or not he was the pope. Nobody is showing up anything but a suit I am pretty sure. Certainly not in casual wear.

Due process is truly important. A person accused of being illegally here should have the right to contest deportation on the grounds that they are not illegally here. So either they were mistaken for someone else, or they in fact have legal status (citizen or green card).

Where this gets sticky is burden of proof should be on the government. You or I would produce our proof of citizenship asap for our own good, but if someone stubbornly refuses to show proof of citizenship then the government has a problem. What should never be part of consideration is that while the person is illegally here, there is some other excuse not to deport. Illegal = deport.

I've traveled to 152 countries, and every single one of them have exacting travel visa regulations. It is my responsibility as a visitor to understand and know the entry requirements. It is not the requirement of that country to accommodate me.

Due process is at the point of entry, not in a court room that that MSM is trying to convince you.

I challenge any one here, to name a single country that will allow you, as an American, to enter outside of your visa...I'll wait
