I was in the mortgage biz long ago and I know rental properties will get a much higher interest rate than primaries. But I did the loan for my folks' second home and I don't think there was any bump in rate for second home vs. primary then. Taxes are a different ballgame though and they may be able to get her on that too.

It was a brutal crime, and Patty Morin, Rachel’s mother, was the guest at the White House, who graphically detailed how her daughter was killed by this animal who shouldn’t have been here and was allowed to roam at will, thanks to the incompetent policies under Joe Biden.

Parent/teacher/principal conference, showed her again that he was right, and withdrew him from school and sent him home.

Really convinced most of these schools are nothing more than diploma mills.
