I do think a preemptive strike against China is too risky give their missile buildup but some form of action needs to be taken after they imposed tariffs on our goods. I don't know what the answer is but I am willing to bet Trump does.

For the record, I did the briefest of searches which is where I found the $300,000 per household to which I provided the link because that’s what we do here. We link news articles so members can read the stories for themselves and make up their own minds as to the veracity of the information and trust-worthiness of the source.

Even leaving out Schumer's name I was able to find multiple sources to that information. It wasn't difficult at all and probably briefer than your search.
To anybody complaining about the short-term pain of rising prices.... the tens of millions of jobs that will be generated by the tariffs will mean upward pressure on wages that will easily offset price increases. Look what happened to wages during COVID when a few million jobs opened up as restrictions eased.
Haha! A couple of them still wearing masks! Sure sign of an easy mark to be duped into believing anything.
