I am well aware of both of these these two type aircraft and their mission(s).
The response was a follow on to the question: "What happens if The Donald needs to get the fuck out of Dodge NOW?".
And if the VC-25s are not available, and the E-4B is available, he would be on that, and if the reason for "GTFOOD" were of greater importance due to raised tensions/threats, preferable to the VC-25.
(It goes back to end of Regan and then the Bush Sr. era, I worked with folks that were crew on both types and in support of the E-4B)
