The Trump Presidency : Year V
I watched the meeting with the British Prime Minister and President Trump today, as well as the joint press conference, and I have to say that Keir Starmer is seriously and completely full of shit.

Do you remember Margret Thacher?

And Boris Johnson, who took the UK out of the EU?

Boris Johnson was also instrumental in scuttling a potential peace agreement that could've (would've?) ended the War in Ukraine!

It is clear, through his actions, he is a lying fuck.

The Uk lost its way decades ago. Not long after WWII. Despite a few good brits like the Queen and M. Thatcher and few others.

Nuddering their populace was a big factor. Their society turned into warm butter. Sad deal. But they let it happen.

Mexico Sends Major Drug Capos to US as Trump Tariff Threat Looms
By Reuters
|

By Drazen Jorgic, Laura Gottesdiener and Lizbeth Diaz
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico on Thursday handed over major figures in the country's criminal underworld to U.S. authorities, part of a surprise extradition of nearly 30 jailed convicts or others accused of ties to violent drug cartels.
Some are aging gang leaders who reigned over international trafficking rings decades ago focused on cocaine and heroin. Others are much younger leaders engaged in moving large quantities of deadly fentanyl into the U.S. more recently.
Mexican authorities confirmed officials handed over 29 cartel figures to the U.S. The decision follows ongoing threats by U.S. President Donald Trump to impose across-the-board tariffs on Mexican goods, which he said on Thursday would take effect on March 4.
Reuters reported the unusual handover, Mexico's largest in years, before the U.S. and Mexican governments announced it.
U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi, in a written statement, confirmed the U.S. had taken the 29 defendants into custody.
At least two of the defendants - including Rafael Caro Quintero, who is alleged to have been among those responsible for the 1985 murder of a U.S. anti-narcotics agent - will be arraigned on Friday in Brooklyn federal court, a person familiar with the matter said.
Also handed over are newer narcos such as Antonio Oseguera Cervantes - the brother of Mexico's most-wanted drug lord, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, who leads the powerful Jalisco New Generation Cartel.

The fact that Hung Cao was so handily defeated in his senate campaign shows you how far gone VA is at this point. Man is a badass but instead we get Warner and Kaine courtesy of the commies. Glad to see Trump tap him for this post.

And Biden's show case for the Navy was Rachael Levine.

That picture is a conundrum in a paradox. The Navy dude changed over to be a dudett and doesn't that imply a certain longing for the staff of life? (no not bread) Yet now s/he is canoodling with the muppet who is a lz and they are pretty close in the pic. Shouldn't navy be looking for a dude and shouldn't the moppet be looking for a genuine she... that's not even a question, I don't want to know, If I did I'm sure that somebody at Columbia had a doctoral thesis on the matter.

So is the guy gone girl liking the girl who likes lady parts, and WTF? I need a diagram. Umm, no never mind I do not need a diagram, but I do have to get back to the winning in another thread,

Pic omitted for brevity

Despite the uniform and rank, Levine wasn't Navy. He was US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, which apparently is a "uniformed service". In addition to this one and the other six we're familiar with, NOAA is the last one.

I learn something new every day!

Good. One of those shit stains killed a local Wake County Deputy in 2022. Now he's finally going to get to face the consequences:

Alleged, my ass. Rafael Caro Quintero directed the torture and murder of SA Kiki Camarena in 1985.

Hell of a time to be in U.S. custody, what with the Fed death penalty in play again. I hope it affects his sleep, but not for long.

I still can't believe that after Agent Camarena was tortured and murdered, that Reagan didn't full on invade that narco shithole.

I was hoping for armored divisions from the north and the 82nd dropping into Mexico City.

Sieze control and execute every single one involved.
Like Denzel in Man on fire with 100,000 soldiers to help. Wipe out the entire drug industry while there.

Still furious and disgusted to this day.

We are either going to need more Supermax style prisons or we are going to have to clean out bed space in existing ones.

Either way, I’m thinking that Americans that are charged with and guilty of sedition should be transferred to Guatemala for their duration.

That will cover about 2000 bed spaces for us.

That should cover the corrupt politicians and their staffers, rogue FBI, CIA and NSA employees and anyone convicted of election fraud.

And now for something completely different:

quote:
Eli Lilly says it will spend billions to move drug manufacturing to U.S. soil
Daniel Gilbert
Eli Lilly said Wednesday it will build three manufacturing plants in the United States to make the key raw ingredients in its medicines, a push to bring home a critical part of the pharmaceutical supply chain that largely comes from foreign sources.

The Indianapolis-based drugmaker said it will more than double its planned investments in manufacturing to $50 billion, including plants it has announced since 2020, as part of what it called the largest manufacturing investment by a pharmaceutical firm in U.S. history.

The announcement came at an event with political trappings. Trump administration officials heaped praise on Lilly in a gilded auditorium in Washington bedecked with red company banners.

Lilly said it would spend $27 billion to build four new plants, three of which will make what are known as “active pharmaceutical ingredients” — compounds such as tirzepatide, the main ingredient in Lilly’s top-selling diabetes and weight-loss drugs Mounjaro and Zepbound. A fourth facility will make sterile, injectable drugs.

Link - WaPo - yes I'm looking at WaPo now

An important win for President Trump. Other manufacturers are sure to follow if they know what's good for them.

This is a critical national security issue. Most drugs, and raw materials for drugs, come from China and India. We can't have critical raw materials dependent on China.

The apparent development of DT as a president from when he left office in 2021 until he entered office in 2025 is miraculous. I'd love to know what he studied and who he conferenced with to make this amazing transformation and plan for reentering office. It may be that he's such a sponge that it didn't require dedicated study, just continued work on the campaign and reentering office was all that was required.

kamala is lazy and of moderate intelligence and didn't develop much during her time as VP. If she was able to develop at the same rate as DT did during this 4 year period, she'd likely be the president now.
