Why don't you see many Euro racers coming over here for Supercross, seems the money would entice them. It also seems strange that US racers don't seem to compete in Euro races. Is the style that different that racers become specialists for racing on their continent?

Maybe the logistics and associated costs of transporting your team and gear across the ocean?

I have raced motocross since the early 70's and raced a supercross race in the Pontiac Silverdome a long time ago. Supercross is way different than motocross and small mistakes can end in a season or career ending injuries. It takes a long time to get the timing down with Supercross. There have been several riders from Europe race here with a lot of success and win supercross championships. Just a way different and more technical racing.

The impeding to action advances action.

What stands in the way becomes the way.”

Cost of visas and taxes (Let alone travel expenses) are a factor I think.

I was following this small/medium EU heavy metal band on-line. Above were the reasons they could not include the States, just not economically feasible.

Maybe a factor is that US riders have US sponsors and it is mostly meaningless to advertise them in Europe and vise versa. Sponsors don't require them to race across the pond.
