IIRC the Mass State Police HQ is in Chelsea too.
And it's next to impossible for a LAC to gt a carry permit in that part of the state.

The whole incident is very disturbing. Why was this MFer even walking the streets with his criminal record. Sure, getting a permit is a bitch but they could still have kept shotguns in their residence. I doubt they even thought of the concept of self-defense.

9 month sentence for robbing two banks, and in one case threatened to start shooting people. Given the lighter sentence so he would not be forced to leave and now two people are dead because of his actions.

Sounds to me like this judge has some explaining to do. And I'm shocked to learn she was appointed by Deval Patrick.
