Just made 4 qt of deer bone broth. Well it has a package of chicken paws. Carrots, celery, kale, Italian parsley, curly parsley, turmeric and other things. No salt or pepper at all. I made it mostly for my pup and I have already given her some. She went out of her mind. She thinks I'm the best chef in the world. After it all cooled, I fished the bones and chicken paws out and put them in a freezer bag, they are good for a couple more batches, plus I have more in the freezer that I haven't used yet. I also got most of the cooked carrots out, I'll add them to her bowl. I tasted it, it's not bad, but without salt and pepper it's a little flat and bland. I have put half of it into ice cube trays and I'll keep some out in the fridge for immediate use. Wasn't to bad, it took 7 hours in the Instant pot 3 on high pressure, 4 on low and keep warm for over night. Just chuck everything into the pot cover with water and let it go. ARman

Don't add salt or pepper until you use it. Reserve seasonings for the final product. Of course hot bone broth is a nice drink then add at that time.
