Sigmund2016 Honda CR-V
I've got a 2016 CRV SE I bought new, now it has about 89K. Zero problems.
FWIW, I follow the Honda guide on maintenance; oil every 5K and more serious work every 15K.

LincolnSixEchoGood stuff everybody I figured there would be a positive following for the CRV, really anything Honda it seems. I’m hopeful to take another test drive after they install new tires and realign them.

jeffxjetI was in the same boat the last couple years, for both my girls-18 and 16. I looked at the cr-v hr-v and the rav4 mostly intent on the rav 4. I didn't like the choices the dealer had on the lot for those 2 choices and he asked if we had considered the mazda cx-5. I admitted we had not and we took a test drive. I immediately loved it and bought it on the spot. When my middle girl needed a car, I went back and got another cx-5. They are great cars, equal to both the cr-v and rav-4, but I feel you get more for your money with the cx-5, both my girls got heated seats and top of the line interior for the same cost as a basic cr-v.
I would strongly urge you to look at the cx-5. You might surprise yourself.

LincolnSixEcho^^^^^^^ It’s funny that you should say that as my niece just got one, and that was actually my third choice if I couldn’t find a CRV or a RAV4 that fit the bill. I’ve heard nothing but good things from people that own the CX-5 and yeah, it’s more cost-effective it seems.
