From the link : Quick and Easy Installation: 2.4Ghz wifi is required

You still need wifi at the host location...

Would need a cellular opener with it's own connection to the internet out side of wifi...

You are absolutely correct.
I just reread the OP and I misunderstood originally.
The unit I posted would require a WiFi connection.
