It appears to be a dispute on the meaning of the writing contained within the first post of this thread. I'm not sure there's any point, just some bravado and curse words, but I don't think they actually serve any actual function.

bdylanThe thread became kind of a philosophical discussion. I took the word 'rich' in the title to mean money or assets. We had the 'are you happy' thread and I think that's a more elusive target that includes many more factors.

Is there a mid-level class as well off?
Also what criteria is used to acheive that level, is it cash (bank accts,401ks,ect) or do you include all property also, such as homes, vehicle values, jewelry ect?
This isn't rocket science fellas. The OP spelled it out and wasn't asking about your philosophical meanderings. Sheez.

gjgalliganI thought it was a simple question when I asked it.
I meant it as a money/property type question as the stock market is doing so well these days.
Different people in different parts of the country are gonna have different ideas based on their local cost of living.

doublesharpElon or PDJT type rich is pretty much beyond my grasp. Unlimited money such a foreign concept
5 million liquid and passive income of a thousand a day is plenty rich enough for me.
