Sorry for your loss and the pain you're feeling. Sounds like Belle was a great dog and companion. Stay strong.

So sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is so painful and hard. Sending prayers your way. I lost Candy last January and miss her every single day. We still have her nose art in the sliding glass door. We can't bare to wipe it off....

Very sorry for your loss. She will still watch over you and be waiting.

Sorry for your loss. Everyday now I look at my dogs preparing myself for when they go. When my dogs want to jump on my lap, I let them. They like looking at me eye to eye. I’m sure you shared the same bond with your dog.

As she went with you through the tough times; take her farewell as validation you’re in the right frame of mind and spirit to take it from here. She wouldn’t have left you if you weren’t ready; she’s that kind of a friend and companion.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

I'm sooooo sorry for your loss. I know the heart break. My Sunny Day passed at a very tough time in my life. I soon found my Ahyoka ( bringer of happiness/ she brings happiness). I know that Sunny Day guided her into my life! I know God and Jesus made it happen.

I hope that you will always remember your sweet pup. And one day, she will guide you to another special, perfect pup to fill your heart with love and joy.

Sending you good vibes and prayers!

Jason, deep down in my heart I know how you feel about losing Belle…a beloved dog is a blessing to share your life with and the loss can be overpowering…you are in my thoughts and prayers, with a special prayer that Belle’s Spirit will lead you to a new friend, not as Belle’s replacement (such a good friend can’t be replaced)…but another friend to start building new adventures and memories going forward in life…take care my friend.

Very sorry to hear that. Bandit left me on June 3 and I think of her every day. She was with me for 14 years.

Took me several weeks to really get functional again but it gets better.

We had thousands of great days together and just one bad day. Take the time and remember the good stuff.

I absolutely understand.
I lost my Coco after 26 years 13 years ago.
I still miss her.

It’s so true that they are there for all the big and little moments of your life during their life, waiting to offer comfort and love when you need it, and embrace the good times fully as well.. They are so very important, and I am so sorry you lost your friend.

I’m glad you were able to experience the great pleasure and responsibility of being a dog owner. I hope you will stay strong and maybe when you are ready rescue another one. Dogs are good for the soul.

I’m glad you found Jesus, keep leaning on him.

Thank you gentlemen for all the prayers and kind words.
I have prayed for the owners that lost Bandit and Coco.
The pain hasn’t left, and I suspect it never will, but the great memories make me smile more than I cry. So that’s a positive way for me too live with her memories keeping me smiling. I know Belle is with me in my soul and always will be.
One of my biggest fears that has become one of my personal greatest feats, is I have not had one urge to drink alcohol and it hasn’t even crossed my mind. Thank You Jesus!

Thanks again men from the bottom of my heart.

Sincerely
Jason
