Have an 8 year old Instant hot water heater that drips after use. You move the lever a bit and it shuts off. This seems to be a common problem for insinkerator brand. As a result I've stopped using it. Does anyone have experience with these thing? I've found a couple of DIY posts about changing out a washer but aren't sure if it's in my skill set. The alternative is to buy a new one and the company soaks you ($350 Ab$500) for a replacement.
