For the sake of work/life balance, no one should have to be traumatized by their employment and her failure to cognitively parse the basis of these recent decisions shows the depth of her trauma. It always amazed me how the ultimate branch is so political. I know you can say this about both sides but I always liked how people like Scalia and non justice Constitutional lawyer Dershowitz ~ on opposite sides politically would just look at the law. Then you have others that push their side or will just vote to save appearances like the Chief Justice. So, no surprise here on her bios but she would be better served to keep it to herself.  | |||

OMG, these Judges, they like, follow the law and stuff...waaaaahhhh... Your job is not to "change" the law. It is to ensure laws are applied according to the Constitution. As many have said already, you want to "change" the law, run for office.
