We ordered some doors for a buddy of mine who was buying an existing house with no good way of getting a vault door in. I just reached out to the company we ordered them from to see if I could get updated information. If I recall these things were 11 or 12 gauge on both sides with a reinforced honeycomb in between. They were available in bullet resistant configurations as well. The manufacturer makes them for government buildings and there were several options as far as materials, strength, locks, etc. They were fairly heavy, but light enough we could hand carry them down the tight stairwell. I don't know if they are working due to all the shut downs, but I'll let you know what they say once I hear back.

The company that made my first safe makes vault doors and sells them all over the world. Smith Security Safes is their name. The owner is a serious outdoors man and gun guy. They are all made in the U.S.A. NRA Life Endowment member Tri-State Gun collectors Life Member

In Europe, it’s fairly common for exterior doors to be steel, with multiple bars going into the frame. Any idea what that style of door is?

Poured walls all the way around sounds great. When I win the lotto, I’ll build a big house with a basement room like that with a vault door, etc. I haven’t put too much effort into spec’ing it out other than LOTS of steel in the concrete with some hard stuff mixed in to be abusive to drill bits and drywall over the top of the concrete so anyone who ever does try to get in gets their hopes up on the walls first. The reason I haven’t put much time into spec’ing it out yet is I first have to figure out how to win the lotto without buying a ticket since I believe the lotto is tax on those who don’t understand statistics.

I'd bet that's a bit of a stretch. I have doors on 4 continents, but they are all expensive. Why would somebody buy a door here in the US and export it when they already have similar manufacturers in their own countries? Every time I hear a claim from that guy I roll my eyes. I've seen his work........
No idea what they call it there, but in the US I suspect you're talking about "multi point locking".
