Keurig
Put a cup under the dispenser BEFORE pressing the "go" button. Mad

No pictures, I do not need to photo-document my stupidity.

Also helps to put a pod in it.

Unless you were going for hot water, that is...

Washed my coffee cup and put it on the Keurig upside down to dry. Next cup of coffee......

One of the reasons I leave the pod holder open when not in use.

I've done that once, but I was standing there as it started to brew. Since I have a K-Mini single cup, I started pouring filtered water in the cup first then pour it into the Keurig and place the cup.

No liquid involved, but forgetting to put the bin back in before grinding coffee beans creates some cleanup issues. Static electricity you know!

A long time ago I heard a joke about a specific nationality.
If you get four I****men together, you will usually find a fifth.

A few days I plated some leftovers and put them in the microwave, then walked away to do something else.

Came back about 10 minutes later. The food was cold.

Doncha know, I felt so silly forgetting to turn the microwave on.

No disaster, nothing spilled.

If you make the small strong cup the tray pretty much holds it all. The worst was commercial coffee makers that were piped into hot water and brewed into one of those great big dispenser thermos carafes. If someone unthinkingly started a pot when the thermos still had a lot of coffee in it and walked away, they would return to coffee that had overflowed the carafe all over the counters, floor, in the drawers and in the cabinets. Usually lawyers did this and then expected someone else to clean up the mess they made for them.

At least you didn't fill up your K cup adapter with Coffee Mate creamer! I did that once half asleep...

My covfefe f’up:
Had a friend over…..
Woke up dead tired.
I like to sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over my coffee grounds.
My Oregano was in the same style container….
While the smell only struck me as just a bit…off… the first big swig was definitely an eye opener.
My …guest… requested we eat breakfast out to prevent any more missteps.

making mistakes before drinking coffee is understandable.

Usually prep the machine the night before. One night, I left the filter basket, filter, coffee & all out on the countertop. Wife comes down in morning, pushes filter basket arm in (remind you no coffee, filter or basket) presses start and walks off.... carafe worth of hot water everywhere.... clearly my fault. But yes, I have started the coffee maker with the carafe next to, not in, the machine. Why does it sound like coffee running onto the floor, DOH!
