Because of this thread I decided to try the already mashed potatoes for Christmas dinner. I got one container of Bob Evans and another of Pioneer Woman.

The Bob Evans mashed potatoes were great! Pioneer Woman potatoes were good but kind of runny. Thanks for the suggestion!
