Chrysler Pacifica!

I saw him cruise by and turn around in the Post Office parking lot and thought "Noooooooo. Nobody is stupid enough to pick up a full sized bike in a mini-van. Are they?"

Well, yes, Virginia, they are.

It's a Honda CX650 which is NOT a light bike. Initial attempt to stuff it through the back hatch was a fail, even after dropping the forks through the triple clamps as far as they would go. Lacked about 3 inches of clearing vertically.

Finally backed it in through the side door by laying it almost completely over, horsing it around to the centerline and standing it up.

I'll probably go through most of the purchase price in Ibuprofen if my back is any indication, but it's gone, his money is green and my garage is somewhat more usable.

What, you two didn't think to just drive it up a board onto the roof and then hold it down with some ratchet straps looped down through the open van windows?

I think black stickman has an image of one of his bikes in a Sienna.
But that may have been a CB400, probably a bit smaller & easier to stuff into a van.

I believe stickman has stuffed a motorcycle or two into a Sienna, too!

We had one of those full size portable dishwashers prior to our kitchen renovation and when that started my wife put it on FB Marketplace and a buyer showed up in a Toyota Prius for it.

I learned that day that you CAN wedge a large dishwasher into the rear hatch of a Prius if you push hard enough!

I thought about asking for an extra hundo for my troubles but mostly I wanted the bike gone (and need the money for a different toy) so I sucked it up.

He and his wife (girlfriend?) put at least as much effort into it as I did. Traveling light is not his thing, he spent 15 minutes unloading all the crapola in the back before we loaded it.

Good news is, no way the bike was falling over after he wedged all that crap back into the car!

I don’t remember if it was a Sienna, I remember the kick ass rims! lol

At least he showed up, paid you and left with the bike.

That transverse V-twin is definitely different, other than a Moto Guzzi [or a Morgan 3-wheeler] I'm not coming up with any other 'common' bike to go that route.

Wife and I were riding my 78 GS 400 through the back roads of southwest Ohio when the rear tire caught a nail 20 miles from home.

Neighbor brought his Ford work van, we stuffed the bike in the back, wife road up front and I held on to the bike since we couldn't strap it down.

Took a bit of manipulation to get it in the back through the doors...

There is zero chance I'd be helping someone that stupid load it up. He can do it himself, hire/bring help for his dumb ass, or just not take it.

I can't think of another. It's technically a longitudinal V-twin, as the crank is oriented front to back. Harley is a 45* transverse V-twin.
