People who don't drive the speed limit

So let me see if I have this right. If i drive the speed limit I am to slow if i drive under the speed limit I am A f.o.p and if I go to fast I am an idiot who is going to die. But it is okay to do wheelies and kick ass with your Corvettes I guess you have the right to endanger other people because you are in a hurry. If I am doing over the speed limit and keeping with the pace what more do you want. I am an old guy but still drives a ZL1 just for the pleasure.

Every day that I travel to and from work, I’m battling drivers who can barely get out of their own way. They wait so long to go at the green light that only 2 cars at the most manage to get through. Then they drive like they’ll burst into flames if they get anywhere near the speed limit.

As long as you move over when someone's behind you wanting by, and don't park in the left lane next to someone doing the same speed in the lane next to you blocking traffic, that's perfect.

Yesterday was an exercise in futility, the two lane roads were fine, but the 4 lanes? Full of people driving in the left lane, with up to 10 or more cars backed up in the same lane blocking everyone from getting around. Won't move over period, won't speed up and get past the right lane drivers, you know that have that "I'm doing the speed limit or close and I'm entitled to be here" attitude.

Cow catchers and pit maneuvers should be legal..

I'm guessing this. This is common in the rush hour conditions I drive almost daily, with long stretches of one lane backed up by an SMV, with no opportunity to bail because the lanes on either side are rushing by to prevent the victims of the SMV from escaping the prison lane. It can get a little dangerous when the stuck drivers start taking chances darting out with otherwise impossible timing to do it safely. I used to be able to pull it off when I was a younger better driver, but those days are gone, and probably for the better since it seems younger or impatient drivers these days are WAY more nuts than previous generations.

I think that's the only durable cure, short of revoking licenses. For the Win, ha !
