I purchased three SRT kits for my Sigs from TheTexasArmory on eBay. These were purchased at different times and on one order I also purchased a Short Reach Trigger for my 226. I received the SRT kit but no trigger. I messaged them with no response and then filed a claim with eBay. After that process was started the seller responded and apologized for the mistake and said they would send it right out. That was two weeks ago. Now they no longer will respond to messages and eBay closed the claim saying that it was delivered. One item was delivered but not the other. Anyone have a phone number for eBay? I filed an appeal and waiting to see if that makes any difference. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I'm beginning to think they have ripped me off and I'm out $40.00. Anyone here dealt with them? I would HIGHLY recommend NOT doing so.
Just keep on ebay with the facts. You will get your money back if you did receive the trigger. Just explain it to them. Don’t waste your time with the seller. They had their chance to make it right.

For what it is worth, I have had several transactions with The Texas Armory, including 1 exchange/refund that were all handled promptly and professionally. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with them. They have been excellent with me! I have no connection with them other than being a very satisfied customer.
