Assembly Instructions
I just spent two hours putting together an air purifer. I had the stupid notion that it came fully assembled.
Who in the hell writes these instructions in five languages skipping important steps?
There are times like these that I wish I was an engineer.
The youtube videos on cleaning and dissambling fireams are generally pretty good and I can follow them.

Translation is important. In one of my earlier jobs we were building racks of test equipment and writing software to allow a computer to control it all. One fairly expensive signal generator was of Japanese manufacture, and the original programmer's manual was in Japanese. They included an English translation, but whoever did the translation was totally clueless as to the context of the original material. It was hilarious, like Kamala stringing words together hilarious.

I bought a flashlight recently. The instruction pamphlet unfolded like a road map and had pages in 14 different languages!

Ah yes...Instructions in Chinglish. I've had some good laughs trying to figure them out.

I've also run into otherwise clear instructions that were obviously written by someone who'd never picked up a screwdriver. Anybody with any level of experience would immediately see that if you do Step 2 first, you're never going to be able to do Step 3.
