I have never used a ATM. How do they work? Do I need to have money in order to withdraw, or can I just pick up a little cash here and there? I am serious! My VFW post has an ATM machine, and my club has an ATM machine, I see people using them all the time, just tap a few keys and pick up some cash. I feel like a sucker bringing my own money every day to play poker and drink beer.
