V-TailStoopid Apple Watch!
Apple's Health app, included with the Watch, knows my sleeping hours. The app tracks my sleep. It even sends me a reminder at bedtime. It
knows my sleeping hours!
So why does it wake me at 2:00am to tell me that it's time to stand?

SigSACSet the default bedtime to a value around when you go to bed - and set the wakeup so that it is after the time your normally wake up.

Pipe SmokerMa Apple.
Steve Jobs was a genius. Tim Cook is a bean counter keen on emojis.
There’s a special sleep alarm, but two iOS revisions ago I gave it up. I now use an ordinary alarm that repeats daily.

Watch was already set up that way, so I don't know why it wants me to stand up at 2:00am. Like I said, it
knows my sleep hours.

ArtieSSteve beat me to it. You need to pee. The watch knows all.

You don't need any watch to tell you when it's
pee-o'clock.

Have you tried asking AI this question?

Rey HRHI take my apple watch off at night to charge it. I have it on my wrist when I go to sleep only when I forget.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

SigSACI did a search for 2AM stand reminders. You might have to turn on sleep focus - that disables a lot of features. If you expect phone calls or alarms before your projected rising time, you'll need to exempt them in the sleep focus.
I put my watch on the charger when I take my shower, and then put it back on either when it has enough charge or if I need to leave sooner.

Apple has lost all their innovation when Steve passed. They just keep rolling out next gen after next gen and tell us how great it is when they really have had nothing new in years. My god they can't even put out a watch with a round face. Steve is probabley rolling in his grave.

Does that explain why you posted the same thing twice in a row?

911BossIt came set that way? Did you buy a used one?
Pretty simple to set your sleep pattern as either recurring every day or different patterns for different days of the week.
It should automatically go into sleep mode with your schedule or if you go to bed early you can manually put it into sleep mode. In sleep mode you shouldn’t be getting the stand reminders. Of course you can also turn off the stand reminder function altogether.
