For thing I might break, it's a Harbor Tools tool.
I've yet to break one.

He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster.

I've cracked a couple of 1/2" drive Pittsburgh impact sockets. Supposedly HF does free replacement now, too, but I've never tried it. Those broken sockets were lost long ago.

I looked at the website . The Pittsburgh sockets have a lifetime warranty .

Stopped by Lowes today for something else and they finally had that breaker bar in stock. The broken one was still in my truck, so I did the exchange. It took about two minutes for her to scan a couple of barcodes and send me on my way. The process isn't bad when they have it in stock.

I woulda loaned you my 3/4" breaker bar.

One time I had the local tire shop fix a flat. They put the tire back on after patching. A few weeks later I got a flat again on the same tire. One lug nut would not come off. I aired up and limped down to the local store where they installed that tire those few weeks earlier. Even with their air tool the lug nut would not budge. They resorted to cutting the nut. That took longer because they had to get additional cutter wheels from their cross town store. Finally they got the lug off, fixed the leak, and replaced the stud and nut. All free. They said the nut was gall welded to the stud. I knew that before hand.
