GeorgeairDHL; Definitely Have Lost!
With the vendor using them a close second for declaring we have to wait 7 days of non-movement for a replacement.
Today is Day 7 - oh, they meant AFTER 7 days, please call back tomorrow.
Fuckers, all of them.
That is all.

PHPaulDHL is a full step below FedEx SmartPost, and I didn't think that was possible.
Regular FedEx and UPS have been pretty reliable. The rest of them couldn't find their ass with their hands in their back pockets.

shovelheadSmartPost is an oxymoron. Last package I had shipped that way, well the tracking was interesting to say the least.
Came into Michigan, arrived Brownstown Michigan. Then went to Detroit, about 25 miles northeast. From there, west to Grand Rapids, about 170 miles. From there, east back to Detroit. Then from there to Lansing, again west about 80 miles, halfway to Grand Rapids where it went once already. Then finally back from there to my local P.O., east about midway between there and Detroit.

UTsigI had a really bad experience with DHL and their customer service was non-existent. It cost me $150 and they have never called back as promised.

Scooter123I always wondered what the DHL meant, now I know so thank you. I'll also put in a wish for Good Luck in actually getting your item.

FedEx SmartPost = unholy alliance between FEDEX and USPS
Unfortunately, there is worse than DHL. The grand champion of shitty shipping is DHL's unholy alliance with USPS. I probably should be holding a grudge against the asshole who shipped something to me with that "service."

FredwardI wish companies would learn. When they use shitty delivery services, they lose customers. To this day there I companies I won't buy from because of their delivery services and unwillingness to correct the problem.
