RustpotMy favorites are the "Tear Here" bags that have the top tear off easy enough... but didn't actually open the bag, and now you have to get a knife out.
Bags with built in ziploc zippers are also great, since about half it seems either tear the zipper off or just won't shut for beans (usually due to containing a product that jams the zipper).
