It's frog mating season down here on the coast, and they are singing to Kiki. He likes to keep watch on the french doors from a comfortable perch, least one tries to sneak in.

He loves to catch the little frogs and bring them to us. Last frog season, I had just gone to bed when I heard a muffled meow. It took me about 2 seconds to place the sound as Kiki with a frog in his mouth, trying to get my attention. Before I could get up I heard a bloodcurdling scream from the TV room. Kiki had presented the wife with the frog I had ignored.

Kitties ripped off their toy from their stand. Black was not happy about it's disappearance. I have since replaced, but this cracked me up.
Reminds me of my Splash except her perch atop her scratching post is round and designed for a cat about 20% smaller than her. Somehow she can sleep there for hours.
