Last evening I busted a certain black cat of my daughter's slinking off with part of my dinner.
I'd gone to answer the door, sent UPS on his way, turned back to see Mikkel with a chicken drumstick from my plate, hopping to the floor.
He looked up, saw he'd been caught, and gave me this "Drumstick? What drumstick? Oh... this drumstick. I have no idea how it ended up in my mouth" look while he decided if he could get away with the thing.
He dropped it and sauntered off.
It was feline purrfection worthy of a laugh.
Sorry, no pics, but if you know cats,you know the look I got.

My first thought were that those people encouraged that kid into tossing the cat in the pool. If so, he got exactly what he deserved. Anybody thats tried to give a cat a bath knows it probably may not end well, especially if they don't enjoy scars on your arms!

This is Bruce. He is surveying his kingdom for any interlopers.
We took him in as a foster and we have been taking care of him for a couple weeks now. He was either blind in his right eye at birth or suffered an injury. Got it all cleaned up. Doesn't affect this cat any. Cruises around like a banshee plays with the dogs and has made good friends with Karl the resident pusser.
