I can tell you from experience that you don't want the job of removing the cat from the top branch either. Attempts to remove are called "forlorn hopes" and result in damage to humans, trees, and surroundings, but not to the cat.

The web site is also worth an look, I like the cats playing with Pumpkins---even Tigers are just big (dangerous) house cats.
