We rescued a kitten last year that is actually a cat. I've never owned a "real" cat before. All of my prior feline friends had very loving personalities, would come when called, and even came looking for me if I left the room. My favorite would wait at the bottom of the driveway for me to come home from school when I was a kid, while not giving my sisters the time of day.
This furkid we have now is all cat: staff, attitude and all; and by 'staff' I mean us. Weirdest thing in the world, I tell you.
