First! This is not about Lowe's! They did not cause this MCF. About 3 weeks ago, I purchased a whole house filter system, scheduled for 4 days delivery. Got a notice that it would be delivered to the store at 1730 that day. Great! Go to the store, no softener (after nearly an hour of searching the store.) Great guy at the professional service desk did some checking and found out that the system had been delivered to some place in ILLINOIS! Long story short, yesterday got a call from Lowe's that the softener had arrived. Great, head to town to pick it up. Not so great, it was not the softener, only the "prefilter". FEDEX has no idea where the actual filter went! And the filter is about the size of an acetylene tank! And, as expected, no response from FEWDEX senior management. At least we still have water! If I wasn't so ticked off, I would be laughing. Yeah, service! You know what they call it when one takes a cow to be fertilized! | ||
