I know they have not been used for close to fifty years, I was working in car dealerships when they were still building cars with them and we had parts on the shelves.

I remember the days when we “broke” one, it was cheaper to buy a used one for fifty bucks and turn the carcass of the one we pulled out into spare parts.

I need and have been looking for three 1968 and earlier shift levers and a side cover without the hole for a TCS switch.

Damn is all I can say! Friends and I used to horse trade and give those things away over the years! At today’s prices I should have hung on to them for my own use.

Just a rant, gotta pay to play.

Thank Mecum and BJ auctions, Graveyard Cars, and all the MotorTrend TV car shows for pushing collectable cars and as such, the parts from those eras into the stratosphere price wise.

Probably why I like watching Roadkill, it's putting crap cars back on the road with junk from a junk yard, and the occasional cheap part from a parts store. Nothing like a 68 charger body with a 440 from a motorhome, hand made grill with spot lamps and 5 different color paint on it...

I love Roadkill!

Muncie four speeds have doubled in price the last few years. What was a five hundred dollar transmission in 2018 has at least doubled since then. Fortunately a friend gave me a killer deal on a spare Muncie as 2nd gear is getting a bit weak in the one that’s in my 2+2. I want to have it ready as a quick in and out swap some time this summer.

I don’t thrash on my 67 like I used to, too damn expensive if something breaks today.

HRK, search out “holey goat” on YouTube!

I took the four speed out of my 78 Corvette and put in a Doug Nash five speed. It is still around here somewhere.

That should be a Borg Warner T10. Those have gone up too in price.

Done, and don't forget Roadkill Garage, seems RKG harkens back to the roots of Roadkill than what current Roadkill has become, 10 seasons will challenge anyone trying to keep things original.

Shame that Hot Rod Garage lost Tangelo96, I get being away from kids and travelling across the USA during COVID being prohibited probably more than anything Tony Angelo found he preferred being home.

Be interesting to see how Alex Taylor does with Lucky, Tony and Lucky had good working vibe.

I watch Roadkill and love what they do.

Wanted to attend a 24 Hours of Lemons race this year but with fuel prices being what they are my discretionary travel is taking a nosedive this year.
