It’s one place I never played and honestly even today I wouldn’t want to. It’s a narrative that’s been pushed “You can’t miss this!” And kids today believe everything they are marketed. Extreme high prices, out in the middle of no where. Too many people, etc. But that same gen..they market things like it will change your life or you’ll remember this forever so they charge up them credit cards and go.

Bonnaroo, Coachella, ACL, SXSW, etc.
None of these multi-day events hold much interest for me.

Played both of those. I think ACL was indoors, so all good. Had security, green room, etc, full escort. SXSW was outside, that sucked. Getting in/out of there, oh my F. I lived in the Imperial Valley south of Coachella back in the early 70’s. What happened that made it a jet setting attraction? Last time I was there it was still a dump. Is there a different Coachella?

Just watched a Sean Ryan podcast about how many AQ are estimated to have slipped through the border in the last 4 years. Perfect target rich environment for an attack

No. My guess is the space is plentiful or ideal.

Just heard some radio host discuss that she had friends of hers go to this and the music ended at 12 am midnight on Sunday and they didn't get back to their hotel until 4 am because it's just so bad trying to get out of there.

Sounds awful. But at least it's out in the middle of nowhere on the other side of the country, so I don't have to deal with it.
