Ordered some mags, picked 2nd Day air 'cause I wanted them as quick as possible, and checked back a couple days later and found they were still "processing." Processing takes 4-7 days.

Right or wrong I had the impression they'd ship fast, but...

Called them to cancel or...and, of course was on hold-7 callers ahead of you, 5 callers ahead of you...3 callers...then a recorded voice, "Hey we're away from the shop, probably out on the range." Something like that was the message.

I understand I should have checked to see when they'd ship and I did not. But the waiting on line, counting down the callers and then getting hung up on after the cute "we're closed now" message ticked me off.

I'm relatively sure they'll still ship them (I left a blistering message telling them what I called for), and there ain't nothing I can do but I'll not deal with them again.

Live and learn.

I hear you, I have bought from them a few times as they had the best price for what I wanted but they were incredibly slow to ship. That is now my expectation from them.

Well to their credit, they fixed it-cancelled the order and refunded my card (I think). One more blistering email to Charles, the guy who fixed it opining about their phone system.

I am a bit less concerned about the price (with in reason) but I want whatever it is I'm ordering, now or purty darned soon.

I used them a few times as they would have used mags from time to time. For my first few orders they were quick to ship. As time passed, shipping got slower and slower to the point I think twice about using them.

I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago
Shipping happened within a couple of days.

Everything I ordered was in stock pricing was good

The downside was when I received the notification that my shipment was coming they shipped adult signature required,

It was fortunate that delivery was on a Saturday and I was home to receive it. I do not like sitting around waiting for a truck to show up.

If I would have known ahead of time that was how they shipped, I would have redirected the order.

Same experience here. Used to ship fast and now delays & processing issues. But first world issues.

My big gripe is that recently I ordered a deal on 300aac (200 rounds) and 5 mags. It would seem they used too flimsy a box. Showed up taped together by the shipper everything just thrown in there. Ammo boxes damaged but everything present. Mags seemed fine for having 200rounds of 300aac lying on them.
Blame for both them and the shipper.

These places that are really slow to ship actually don't have the item, THEY have to order it and wait for it to come to them, THEN they ship it to you.

They're more a "middleman" than a "warehouse" I think.

Possibly just a guy or two running a part-time small business. Maybe an inventory of magazines kept on hand, perhaps a few sources for more inventory as demand dictates. Internet or website advertising, automated ordering process, hour or two per day checking orders and messages, packaging products for delivery, trip or two every week to the post office.

Lots of small businesses operate without storefronts, showrooms, office staff, etc.

I've used them once, so far. Shipped two days after I ordered. That was two years ago.

I've put a note in my keyring entry for them that they may be a slow shipper now.

I don’t know how big gunmagwarehouse is but i have ordered from them once. It took awhile to get here.

But then there’s Greg Cote. Somehow my order goes out within 24 hrs. He’s amazing with how fast he gets stuff out.

Yep. Greg Cote is your answer. I have ordered many magazines from him over the years, always shipped within 24hrs. As long as one of the carriers doesn't fuck up, they are on my doorstep within a couple of days.

I have used Gun mag Warehouse a few times, never a problem.
Same with Greg Cote.

Sometimes they (both places) don't have what you want so you have shop around.

What timing.
I just ordered 4 mags from them. Greg didn’t carry them, and neither did Top Gun Supply.

I’m not in a hurry, and they were $10.00 apiece cheaper than anywhere else, so if it takes a few days longer, no problem, but I will remember it.
