Been there done that. I had weeks where 60 hours would have been nice.

These days I've learned to say no. I want a life. There is more to life than work.

I will give 110%. I will work more than 40 hours a week when needed until it becomes a continuous need. A week here and a week there is fine. Every week for months on end is a no go anymore.
