Simplisafe was pretty new when we bought our current house. We went with a local guy who installed Honeywell sensors. We have separate Arlo cameras on the outside and an Arlo doorbell. I really like having a local guy I know for service, e.g. when we had new windows installed and we had new smaller sensors installed.

I appreciate the Simplisafe reviews. I was thinking of getting Simplisafe if we move to a rented house, but now would not consider it.
