This is a very mild complaint, but some of us cannot view embedded Twitter posts here, and that’s becoming very common these days. I know there was guidance on how to make the embed show up, but it’s not something that I’m going to do. If, however, a link is posted along with embed and I think it may be of interest, I just click on the link, and voilà: there it is.

If you think something is important enough for you to go to the trouble of embedding it for some members here, and presumably not just the cool guys, why not for us few luddites as well? Including the link must surely be less difficult than the embed—no?

The twit-bedder app built for SF does what you describe, it puts the link at the top, and then the Twitter image.
