When the factory builds it with the wrong trigger!

https://www.sigsauer.com/p220-legion-45.html

Note the flat trigger for SAO. I got the curved.

Off to the Sig Sauer gunsmith it goes. I will take pictures of the condition before sending.

Seriously, the CS rep said out loud that he couldn’t imagine the pistol even working with the wrong trigger, as it had a different pick up point (?) .

It is unfired.

The rounds in the magazines are impossible to remove with a metal object to push the case head forward. They also nose dive in the magazine body.

Did you buy this sight unseen? I would think that's an automatic reject if it's a new gun.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

I thought they fired every gun before it went out of the factory... I took a class at the Sig academy a few years back and one of the guys in the class worked for Sig and his job was to fire the pistols as they came off the line.

Purchased new at LGS. Was not thinking about trigger configuration. Functioned. Used to curved trigger on P229.

There are plenty used German pistols and new Swiss rifles that I don’t need to resort to guns that apparently don’t get function checked at the factory.

New trigger installed. Much improved tactile sensation. Now pistol is as designed.
