SpeedbirdWorking/Climbing in/thru unfinished attic with blown insulation
Very rare, but when necessary I am quickly reminded how much it sucks
(Small winning experience: disposable 1pc head-2-toe "Tyvek" full suit from Harbor Freight definitely worth the $8)

When friends and family ask for some electrical help and it involves running wire in the attic
I tell them, I’ll direct them or their kids on how to do it, but my attic days are done.

egregoreIf I understand "blown" correctly, there are loose particles or fibers that can break loose if disturbed? Better wear a respirator.

When I bought my house in 1984, it had blown fiberglass insulation; I had another 8" blown in.
I'm not sure if fiberglass is still used today for blown insulation.
